Ghost includes built-in search functionality to give your readers easy access to search all published posts, tags, and authors on your site.

You can control the search functionality by toggling the search option in the theme settings. When enabled, a search icon will appear in the header of your site, allowing readers to search your content. This is all! For more information, please check the Configuration guide.
